Celebrities with tattoos – Nicole Richie

Nicole currently has nine tattoos. In 2005 she came number two in the top twenty five celebrities with tattoos. She was only topped by that very tattooed celebrity Angelina Jolie.

There is no doubting that Nicole has had some tough times during her life, but it does seem that she has turned a corner since the birth of her daughter. She has had nine tattoos done so far, and does not seem to mind showing these off to the rest of the world. Here is a list of the tattoos you can find on Nicole’s body;

-          On her right shoulder blades are some angel wings

-          Her ankle and foot have a rosary

-          The inside of her right wrist has some red shooting stars

-          On her stomach is a tattoo of some ballerina slippers

-          The back of her neck has a ribbon with “Ritchie” on it

-          On her hip is a tiara; some people believed that this was a spider but they are wrong

-          On her left wrist is the word ‘virgin’

-          On one of her fingers she has a spray of dots

-          Her lower back has a cross

When it comes to her own children it doesn’t seem that Nicole is too keen on the idea of them ever getting tattoos. In an interview with Access Hollywood she explained that even when she was only pregnant with her son Harrow she had made up her mind that she hoped he would never get inked. She actually worries that her kids might be embarrassed by her husband’s and her tattoos; she feels that these are not the type of things that you expect to see on your parent. Her husband Joel has sleeve tattoos and she doubts that her children will approve of them; in fact she hopes they won’t because she doesn’t want them to later get tattooed.
