Celebrities with tattoos – Amy Winehouse

When it comes to controversy there is few as caught up in it than Amy Winehouse tends to be. This English Jazz singer is not only about trouble though; she has also had a few dealings with the tattoo gun over the years. In fact she seems to have a really passion for tattoos and is not shy about showing them off to anyone who wants to see them. Here is a list of Amy’s tattoos;

-          Over her heart is a short pocket and the name ‘Blake’

-          Between her shoulder blades is the Egyptian symbol of an Ankh along with an American eagle looking through it

-          On her right upper arm is a pin-up girl wearing black shorts and a red top with the name Cynthia

-          Right above the pin up on the right arm are tow hearts

-          On the top of her left arm is a horse show with the words ‘Daddy’s girl’

-          On her right wrist in a lightning bolt

-          On her right arm is another pin up model with a big fan covering the body

-          A bird surrounded by flowers and branches is on her right arm there is also some music notes that refer to the song, ‘never clip my wings’

-          On the inside of her left arm is  a feather

-          On her left arm is a bare-chested pin up model

-          On the right side of her belly button are the words ‘hello sailor’ along with an anchor

When asked about her tattoos Amy has no problems admitting that she is addicted and this is why she has so many of them. She is especially fond of her pin-up girl tattoos. She explains that she gets fed up looking in the mirror and seeing the same thing all the time. This is why she is always getting more tattoos. Amy has had a lot of problems with drugs and her health has suffered. She knows that some people could easily get offended by her picture of naked models so she doesn’t mind occasionally covering them up when she is asked or is appearing on television.
