You should be aware that tattooing a naked body involves intimate contact, and the nature of tattooing can sometimes mean that you are making erotic movement as you use your tattoo gun. Many tattoo artists choose to ignore this issue because it is too delicate. They would just say that tattooing is your job and you should just treat it like work.

Many people will remain comfortable while you are tattooing their private areas so long as you remain professional and detached and treat the customer respectably. It can be hard in this type of situation to repress erotic feelings completely.  This is why you just consider your customers body as being your canvas. Don’t allow any erotic feelings that arise tempt you into doing something foolish or you will quickly lose your business and make an idiot of yourself. Acting like a professional is as important as knowing how to use your tattoo equipment.
